Chocolate is a regular fix for me. But on Valentine's Day it becomes an unabashed joy, when it sort of feels like one of those inalienable rights, closely related to the pursuit of happiness. I ignore the caloric consequences and indulge myself and my loved ones in something deep, dark and rich - and these Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes are just the ticket.
