Luscious Lemon Bars

The next time you're in the mood for something sweet and tangy, whip up a batch of these Lemon Bars. The buttery shortbread crust topped with a tart and creamy lemon filling is always a winning combination.

These bars are a great option when you want to bake a lot of cookies in a short amount of time. Another great attribute is that they can be cut into any size you like ― bite-size squares for a crowd, or bigger squares for the family.
